On July 20, 2022, Richardson Electronics, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended May 28, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
