(v) rights to purchase shares of the Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Depositary Shares, or Debt Securities, that the Corporation may issue under rights agreements (each, a “Rights Agreement”) between the Corporation and a rights agent to be selected by the Corporation (the “Rights Agent”), to be dated on or about the date of the first issuance of the applicable Rights thereunder (the “Rights”);
(vi) warrants to purchase Common Stock, Preferred Stock, Depositary Shares, or Debt Securities (the “Warrants”), which may be issued under one or more warrant agreements, to be dated on or about the date of the first issuance of the Warrants thereunder (each, a “Warrant Agreement”), by and between a warrant agent to be selected by the Corporation (the “Warrant Agent”) and the Corporation; and
(vii) units consisting of any combination of the foregoing (the “Units” and, together with the Common Stock, the Preferred Stock, the Depositary Shares, the Debt Securities, the Rights, and the Warrants, “Securities”).
