Segment Information | Segment Information The Company operates in a single operating segment that encompasses the design, manufacturing and marketing of peripherals for gaming, PCs, tablets, video conferencing, and other digital platforms. Operating performance measures are provided directly to the Company's CEO, who is considered to be the Company’s Chief Operating Decision Maker. The CEO periodically reviews information such as sales and adjusted operating income (loss) to make business decisions. These operating performance measures do not include restructuring charges (credits), net, share-based compensation expense, amortization and impairment of intangible assets, acquisition-related costs, and change in fair value of contingent consideration from business acquisitions. During the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, the Company changed its presentation of Sales by Product Category to provide a simpler and clearer view of the Company's business. The change in presentation did not have an impact on previously reported total sales. As a result of these changes, certain prior-period amounts for the three and six months ended September 30, 2022 have been reclassified to conform to the current period presentation. See Note 1 for further information on the change in presentation.
