ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On January 19, 2024, Everest Group, Ltd. (the “Company”) published a recast quarterly financial supplement for the third quarter of 2023 on the Company website, which contains prior period data for the first quarter of 2022 through the third quarter of 2023. During the fourth quarter of 2023, the Company revised the classification and presentation of certain products related to its accident and health business within the segment groupings. These products have been realigned from within the Reinsurance segment to the Insurance segment to appropriately reflect how the business segments are now managed due to changes in management beginning in the fourth quarter of 2023. Additionally during the fourth quarter of 2023, the Company updated the calculation of its attritional loss ratios to include the impact of current expected credit losses which is consistent with how the business is now managed.
The upcoming fourth quarter 2023 financial supplement will be posted to the Company website in this revised format after market close on February 7, 2024, in conjunction with the Company’s fourth quarter 2023 earnings release.
