Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On May 30, 2024, NETGEAR, Inc. (the “Company”) virtually held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, the Company’s stockholders of record at the close of business on April 1, 2024, voted on three proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Proxy Statement. At the Annual Meeting, 24,193,438 shares were represented in person or by proxy, which constituted a quorum.
