On March 29, 2022, LHC Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“LHC” or the “Company”), and UnitedHealth Group Incorporated, a Delaware corporation (“UnitedHealth Group”), announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger under which UnitedHealth Group will acquire all outstanding shares of the Company.
