Financial Profile Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments of $102.6 million as of September 30, 2023 On October 2, 2023, the Company sold an aggregate of 3,017,568 shares of common stock under the ATM Sales Agreement, at a weighted average price of $3.71 per share, which generated net proceeds of $10.9 million.
