5.Audited Financial Report 2023
This preliminary final report has been based on accounts which have been audited. The independent auditors report includes the following statement:
We draw attention to Note 1(i) in the financial report, which indicates that the Group had net cash outflows from operating activities of $63.3 million and the ability of the Group to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the Group implementing cost containment and deferment strategies and obtaining additional funding from one or more sources to meet the Group’s projected expenditure consistent with its business strategy. These conditions, along with other matters set forth in Note 1(i), indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
A copy of the audited Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2023 is included in Item 18 Financial Statements within the Form 20-F.
