As previously announced, KBR, Inc. (“KBR” or the “Company”) will hold a webcast of its Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) Primer, on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, beginning at 8:00 a.m. Central Time. The webcast can be accessed on KBR’s website at investors.kbr.com.
The company will publish its STS Primer presentation in conjunction with the webcast and a replay will be available at investors.kbr.com following the live webcast.
A copy of the presentation slides is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
