The Annual Meeting of the Company was held virtually on May 21, 2024. Of the 121,723,247 shares of common stock, par value $0.001 per share, outstanding as of the close of business on the record date of March 22, 2024, 102,409,685 shares, or approximately 84%, were present or represented by proxy at the Annual Meeting. On May 23, 2024, the Company announced that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend on its common stock of $0.14 per share. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2024, to stockholders of record as of June 14, 2024.
