Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On December 5, 2024, Science Applications International Corporation issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended November 1, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
The Company’s management will discuss operations and financial results in an earnings conference call beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on December 5, 2024.
