On October 15, 2021, Enviva Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership (“Enviva”) provided information regarding its planned conversion to a C-corporation (the “Conversion”), which is expected to be the subject of a special meeting of unitholders. A copy of the transcript of the recorded webcast is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) as Exhibit 99.1.
The information included in Item 7.01 of this Current Report, including Exhibit 99.1, is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K and will not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Exchange Act, or otherwise subject to liabilities of that section.
