Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 4, 2024, Mark Wallace, Keysight’s Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Officer, announced his intent to retire from Keysight by the end of May 2025. Mr. Wallace has served in this role since September 2022 and as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales since November 2016. Mr. Wallace is retiring for personal reasons and not because of any disagreement with the Company.
