On November 6, 2024, Vista Outdoor Inc. ("Vista Outdoor" or the "Company") issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
