The Loews Miami Beach Hotel Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 9.7% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of September 1, 2014 relating to the COMM 2014-UBS5 Mortgage Trust filed as Exhibit 99.6 to the registrant’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on September 26, 2014 (the “COMM 2014-UBS5 PSA”). Pursuant to Section 3.22(b) of the COMM 2014-UBS5 PSA, Rialto Capital Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, was removed as special servicer of the Loews Miami Beach Hotel Mortgage Loan and CWCapital Asset Management LLC (“CWCAM”), a Delaware limited liability company, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Loews Miami Beach Hotel Mortgage Loan under the COMM 2014-UBS5 PSA.
In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of August 16, 2024, the Loews Miami Beach Hotel Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the COMM 2014-UBS5 PSA, by CWCAM. CWCAM maintains a servicing office at 900 19th Street NW, 8th Floor, Washington, D.C. 20006.
