On February 29, 2024, Energizer Holdings, Inc. will participate in a luncheon discussion with the Consumer Analyst Group of New York (CAGNY) where Mark LaVigne (President and Chief Executive Officer), John Drabik (Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer), and Jon Poldan (Vice President, Treasurer & Investor Relations) will address analysts. The Company is furnishing as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K the presentation materials to be discussed with attendees.
