Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 17, 2024, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Altice USA, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an increase to the base salary and target annual cash incentive award for Dennis Mathew, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and an increase to the base salary of Marc Sirota, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Effective January 1, 2024, Mr. Mathew’s base salary increased to $1,250,000 and his target annual cash incentive award increased to $3,000,000, and Mr. Sirota’s base salary increased to 600,000. Mr. Sirota’s target annual cash incentive award will continue to be 100% of base salary actually paid in the respective calendar year.
