Hyzon Motors Inc. (the “Company”) reports that since September 30, 2024, it has used $16.4 million of its cash on hand and as a result, including taking into account any proceeds to the Company from the issuance of common stock through its At-the-Market facility since September 30, 2024, as of December 20, 2024, its unaudited cash and cash equivalents totaled approximately $14.0 million.
