On February 16, 2024, Kontoor Brands, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of its common stock, payable on March 18, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 8, 2024. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
