On October 24, 2024, Endeavor Group Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Endeavor” or the “Company”), issued a press release announcing the potential sale of certain event assets (as described below). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.

On October 24, 2024, Endeavor announced that it has commenced a review and potential sale of certain assets within its events portfolio, including but not limited to the Miami Open and the Madrid Open tennis tournaments and art platform, Frieze. The Company has not set a deadline or definitive timetable for the completion of this review process, and there can be no assurance that the review will result in any specific action.
