Stockholder Meeting Notice
APi Group Corporation’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on August 13, 2020 at Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach, 101 Ocean Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33139, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
The Board of Directors recommend a vote FOR all the nominees listed, FOR Proposals 2, 3 and 4, and every 1 YEAR on Proposal 5:
