On June 7, 2024, Erik Bradbury, Senior Vice President and Controller (Principal Accounting Officer) of IAC Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will resign from his position, effective as of August 9, 2024 (or such other date as may be agreed to the Company and Mr. Bradbury), to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Bradbury advised the Company that his decision to resign from his position was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Company has begun a search for a new Chief Accounting Officer.
