The Registrant was not a public company at June 30, 2020, the last business day of the Registrant’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter, and therefore it cannot calculate the aggregate market value of its voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates at such date. The Registrant’s Units began trading on Nasdaq on July 14, 2020, and the Registrant’s Class A ordinary shares began trading separately on Nasdaq on September 4, 2020.
