On December 14, 2021, Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corp.’s Chief Financial Officer, Eric Grubman, made the following announcement on his Twitter account:
“As of now, we have not completed the registration process. Therefore we will be moving the anticipated closing into January and we will provide a new date for voting as soon as we have more clarity on registration. I remain confident.”
