On September 29, 2023, Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”) delivered to Apartment Income REIT Corp. (“AIR”) a notice of termination of that certain Master Services Agreement, dated as of December 15, 2020, by and among Aimco, Aimco OP L.P., AIR, and Apartment Income REIT, L.P. (formerly known as AIMCO Properties, L.P.) (which was previously filed as Exhibit 10.2 to Aimco’s Current Report on Form 8-K, filed December 15, 2020). As a result thereof, the Master Services Agreement will terminate on December 31, 2023.
