GOLDSTEIN, for election as directors of Blue Foundry Bancorp (the “Company”) at this year’s annual meeting to be held on May 18, 2023. We are also pleased to announce that the leading independent proxy advisory firm, Institutional Shareholder Services, Inc. (“ISS”), has recommended that shareholders vote FOR the Board’s nominees, J.
