DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS | NOTE 16 – DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS As at June 30, 2023, to facilitate cost reduction plan, the Company has made the strategic decision to discontinue drone solution service and on December 27, 2023, the Company discontinued the remaining operations of A.L.I as part of the move of our operations to Los Angeles, California.
