On September 29, 2023, Linda Zecher Higgins resigned from her position as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of C5 Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”). Ms. Zecher Higgins’ resignation from the Board was in order to avoid overboarding concerns and not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices and was effective immediately.
