On November 5, 2024, Mountain & Co. I Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) received a notification letter (the “Notification Letter”) from the Listing Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that a Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) had determined to deny the request of the Company to continue its listing on Nasdaq and that trading in the Company’s securities would be suspended at the opening of trading on November 7, 2024. Once the Company’s securities are suspended from trading on Nasdaq, the Company’s securities, including its Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.0001 per share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”), redeemable warrants, and units, may be quoted and traded in the over-the-counter pink sheets (“OTC”) market under the ticker symbols “MCAA,” “MCAAW,” and “MCAAU,” respectively.
