HeFH Overview Heterozygous familial hypercholesterolemia (“HeFH”), a genetic disorder that affects 1 in 250 persons, or approximately 30 million people worldwide, is characterized by elevated levels of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (“LDL-C”) from birth. Conclusions Primary endpoint met with LS mean reduction in LDL-C at day 84 versus placebo of 36.3% (p<0.0001).
