On July 21, 2023, E. Craig Mitchell, President, Flavors & Extracts Group of Sensient Technologies Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he intends to retire from his position effective January 1, 2024. Steven B. Morris, the Company’s current General Manager, Sweet & Beverage Flavors North America, will succeed Mr. Mitchell. Mr. Morris has been with the Company for 16 years in a variety of commercial and leadership roles with increasing responsibility. Mr. Morris will assume his new role on January 1, 2024 upon Mr. Mitchell’s retirement.
