Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 17, 2022, Quidel Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the financial results for its fourth quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2021 and will hold an earnings conference call at 2:00 p.m., Pacific Time, on February 17, 2022 to discuss such results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
