(b) Departure of Director
On August 19, 2024, Lip-Bu Tan informed the board of directors (the “Board”) of Intel Corporation (the “Company”) that he was resigning from the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Tan’s decision is a result of demands on his time. “I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the Intel Board of Directors. This is a personal decision based on a need to reprioritize various commitments and I remain supportive of the company and its important work,” he said. The Board thanks Mr. Tan for his contributions during his tenure.
