Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 11, 2024, Kennametal Inc. ("the Company") issued a press release announcing that its production facility in Rogers, Arkansas is now operational after it sustained damage from a tornado on May 26, 2024.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference. Statements in the press release regarding the Company’s business involve risks and uncertainties, including risks associated with the damage to the Rogers facility and the impact of this event on shipment delays.
