On July 19, 2022, Cambridge Bancorp issued a press release in which it disclosed unaudited financial information for the quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. The press release also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.64 per share. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
