In accordance with the mandatory retirement policy of Camden National Corporation (the “Company”), Ann W. Bresnahan will retire from the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and the Board of Directors of Camden National Bank, effective May 5, 2023. In light of the mandatory retirement, Ms. Bresnahan tendered her resignation to the Board on April 25, 2023. Ms. Bresnahan’s decision to retire is not the result of any disagreement with management or the Board. Ms. Bresnahan is a member of the Corporate Governance and Risk Committee and the Audit Committee.
