Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On December 10, 2024, Todd R. Hubbard, Vice President of Global Financial Services, announced his retirement from PACCAR after 17 years of service. Mr. Hubbard’s retirement is effective February 14, 2025.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 10, 2024, the Board of Directors elected Craig R. Gryniewicz, 57, to succeed Mr. Hubbard as Vice President of Global Financial Services. Mr. Gryniewicz served as President of PACCAR Financial Corp. since December 4, 2018 and prior to that was Assistant General Manager - Sales and Marketing for PACCAR Financial Corp.
