Due to events unforeseen by the Company, it is unable to complete its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ending March 31, 2024 without an unreasonable effort and expense due to continuing staffing shortages. The Registrant will file the 10-K on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.

For the year ended March 31, 2024, the Company generated net revenues of approximately $70,296 as compared to $198,718 for the year ended March 31, 2023. The cost of revenue was approximately $42,177 and $70,275 for the year ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively. Operating expenses for the year ended March 31, 2024 was approximately $638,033 as compared to $1,145,000 for the year ended March 31, 2023. This resulted in a net loss of approximately $1,507,469 and $1,315,508 for the years ended March 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
