Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 10, 2023, Heartland Express, Inc. (“the Company”) completed a sale of three owned terminal properties. As a result of this transaction, we anticipate a pretax gain on sale of the properties of approximately $25 million. In separate transactions related to these sales, we have entered into lease agreements with base terms that allow for continued use of the properties for twenty-four months or less.
