On December 17, 2024, Mark V. Kaminski provided notice to Reliance, Inc. (the “Company” or “Reliance”) of his intention not to stand for reelection at the Company’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “2025 Annual Meeting”). Mr. Kaminski will remain a director and maintain his committee memberships through the 2025 Annual Meeting.
Mr. Kaminski will be retiring after having served on the Company’s board of directors since 2004. Mr. Kaminski’s retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices. The Company thanks Mr. Kaminski for his longstanding service to Reliance.
