On September 8, 2023, Maria E. Pasquale, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Incyte Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intention to retire effective November 1, 2023. Ms. Pasquale’s roles as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Company may end earlier than her retirement date to the extent her successor is appointed to and assumes those roles prior to that date, and in such event Ms. Pasquale will remain employed through her retirement date to assist with the transition of her responsibilities.
