(b) On March 12, 2024, Stephen L. Faulkner, Jr. (Larry) informed Empire Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) that he was resigning as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company effective on or about March 28, 2024. Mr. Faulkner is not resigning because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter regarding the Company’s operations, policies or practices. He has accepted a position with another public company.
