Item 8.01. Other Events
On April 30, 2024, Mighty Fire Breaker UK Limited (“MFB UK”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Enterprise Ventures, Inc. (the “Company”), was dissolved under the Companies House in the United Kingdom. The Board of Directors of the Company determined that it is in the best interest of the Company to focus its business development on the United States of America. Accordingly, the Company has no current plan to revive the existence of MFB UK.
