Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On February 25, 2024, Leonard Stillman resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Freedom Holding Corp. (the “Company”) with immediate effect. Mr. Stillman indicated that his resignation was for personal reasons and was not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. As a result of Mr. Stillman’s resignation, the size of the Board has been reduced from six directors to five directors.
